Wilier Competition Winner

Wilier Competition Winner

In our inaugural competition we gave you the chance to win an Italian-made Tour De France-type Team Lampre Evasion Mirage, and as you might expect, we were swamped in entries.

The lucky winner though was Dad-to-be Vernon Vogt, who was clearly delighted at the news. However, Vernon decided that, as nice as the Evasion Mirage is, he wanted to stump up some extra cash and get the bike upgraded to a Wilier Izoard Centaur Pro!

“My wife Penelope will kill me but I had to have it," Vogt says. "I've been promising myself a new bike for some time so upgrading the competition win was a real good move."

“I'll make sure the baby gets all the attention when he or she arrives, though. Daddies have to stay fit too.”

Vernon, from Putney, was presented with his prize by manager Tim Davies at Cycle Surgery, Holborn.

Thanks to www.atbsales.co.uk and www.wilierbikes.co.uk for making this competition possible. And, of course, to everybody who took the time to enter.

There's still other fantastic prizes to be won.
