What was your first club?
Wrexham Roads Club
How/Why did you start cycling?
After watching the Tour de France on TV and being inspired
Why did you begin racing?
I just enjoyed it more than any other sport.
Best moment so far in your career?
Being on the winning team in the FBD Ras, and winning a stage along the way.
Worst moment so far in your career?
Getting caught with 300metres to go in a stage in the Tour of Siam, after being away for 220kms -that was pretty gutting
Favourite event?
To watch - Worlds Road Race. To race - Tour de Langkawi
Any ambitions in cycling?
This year to win a stage in one of the UCI ranked stage races we're doing. In the next few years to turn pro with a Protour or Pro Conti team.
Any ambitions outside cycling?
To have some money
What is your focal point for 2008?
To win a stage at a UCI ranked stage race, and help the team be one of the best Continental teams in Europe.
Where do you train?
On the beautiful roads of Wales.
