Stage 19, Cognac to Angoulême. Could Cadel Evans make up two minutes over Alberto Contador and win the 2007 Tour in the Time trial stage from Cognac? Would he in turn be caught by Third placed Levi Leipheimer? No to the first, but yes to the second - the Tour was decided this day.
