Predictor/Lotto Ridley Cronus

Ridley supply bikes for the Predictor/Lotto squad and their stable of stars, which includes Green Jersey favourite, Robbie McEwen and overall Tour hopeful Cadel Evans.

The monocoque frame is made from high modulus carbon, on which Ridley pay high regard to the direction in which the carbon fibers are arranged.

Where the Cronus differs from the road racing Damocles, is in the aero shapes developed from time spent in the wind tunnel. The tube shapes are sculpted with aerodynamics first and foremost in mind. Not only are the tubes of the main triangle built in an airfoil design to minimize drag, but the seat tube cut-out allows you to snugly position your rear wheel behind the seat tube to shave added grams of drag.

The seat post is not integrated with the seat tube, but for how lomg?

The Predictor/Lotto Cronus is completed with Campganolo wheels and groupset, snub nosed Selle San Marco saddle (To help keep the TT bike UCI legal), FSA bars and stems, plus Vredestein tyres.
